Jamie White grew up in London, England, and began his professional journey as a financial analyst at several major investment banks. That experience gave him a strong foundation in finance, strategy, and smart decision-making—skills that continue to serve his clients well today.
Looking for a new chapter, Jamie moved to Virginia and earned his real estate license in 2012. From the start, he embraced creative ways to market both himself and his listings. His English accent quickly became a memorable part of his brand, and he built early momentum by hosting countless open houses and getting involved in the community. He joined the Chamber of Commerce and the Blue Ridge Mountains Rotary Club, and completed the Leadership Charlottesville program, deepening both his network and his understanding of the area he now calls home.
In 2018, Jamie founded Jamie White Real Estate with one clear purpose: to guide people confidently through one of life’s biggest moments—buying or selling a home. His approach blends financial insight, genuine care for his clients, and a commitment to results that has become the hallmark of his business.

Jaclyn Callo was born and raised in Fairfax, Virginia, before moving to Charlottesville to attend UVA. She graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in Media Studies, gaining a strong foundation in communication, marketing, and strategic analysis.
Before becoming a Realtor, Jaclyn built a successful career in marketing and project management, developing strengths in negotiation, organization, and strategic decision-making—skills she now brings directly to her clients.
Licensed in 2021, Jaclyn combines a fresh, modern perspective with a strong commitment to service. Bilingual in Spanish, she offers clear communication, local insight, and a client-centered approach tailored to each individual’s goals.
